Mine is: Be happy that rose bushes have roses not that rose bushes have thorns. And: Why fit in when you were born to stand out?
Oh cool. That last one is from Wonder, right? I liked it too!
Ty for the shoutout
No problem! :)

Hi! I'm summerflower113 and I have a question: how do you add reviews for books?
Hi there! If you visit the "reviews" tab, then click the search button next to your profile in the top right, you can search for the book you want to review. After finding the result you want, click on the title of the book and it'll take you to where you can review (you might need to scroll down a little) I hope that helped!
Hey @summerflower113! Welcome and I'll tell you. So, pick a book, and scroll after the description. Then, it will say how do you rate this book (Five Stars)? In the text box above it, write your review, say post, and in about 3-4 days your review will (probably) be there!
Hi! You go to the book section in your account and then you want, and it will ask you if you want to add a review and you go from there!
Ok guys, I kind of need some advice with school. I just got back two failing test grades and my grade in that class is failing at the moment, does anyone here who is in 8th grade or higher have any tips for studying and/or making better grades? Thank you in advance!
Hmm. I'm not in your grade, but my strategy for staying motivated studying is by rewarding myself for the time I put in. (for example, I would study for half an hour then Do what I want for a bit)
Sorry I'm in 5th but I wold just focus e and don't let anything distract you🙂
I'm not sure which class you are having trouble with, but Khan Academy is a great website with videos for almost every subject and grade level out there!
Oh, and I have some silly advice. My grandpa suggested that eat gum while you are studying. But don't eat the gum again until the test day. He says it works every time! P.S I have never tried it, so I can't not support his theory. But he bought me the gum!
I actually read a study about that, It turns out that people who chewed gum while studying and chewed the same flavor while taking the test got better scores! So yeah, your grandpa's correct!
Interesting.... he is kind of silly, so I didn't really believe him, but... maybe I should! 😉😜
I'm not in 8th grade, sorry, but I am doing advanced classes. Here's some advice: Take it slowly while studying. Don't try to rush and finish all your studying or homework in a short amount of time. Take breaks and pace yourself. Also, when studying feels super boring, do something fun that helps you study (for example, create a game related to the material you're studying). You could also get tutoring. Hope this helped!
Thank you so much, I have actually been kinda rushing through my stuff, so this will help!
I know, I am with you. I like to rush through my stuff and get it done as fast possible so I can hang out with friends, design, read, and stuff. But once I slowed down, it really helped. Great advice, @tomandjerry!
Thanks!
I'm not in 8th grade, but I do have some tips! I have also been struggling in school because, of the language (I moved which is why school has been harder for me). I got tutoring which helped a bit but the thing is you sometimes forget the material when you don't review it. You should also study before a test, in fact the moment you get news from your teacher that you will be having a test, study. And NEVER study right before a test, it's best to start studying way before hand. Another tip is, for example, you have to memorize a table (or something like that) then create a song or a story, so that it sticks better in your head. And if you don't have time to study, then at least try and study for 5 mins, 5 mins is better than nothing. I hope my tips help! P.S. You can also ask your teacher or parents for help!
Oof, I have moved many times with my family. Moving is never easy. I hope you settle in well!
Thank you so much for your tips, i'll try them! Also, good luck with school, moving is hard!
Yup. I also hope you do well in school too!
Maybe get some tutoring, stay at after school clubs that may teach you about the subjects you are failing, and always keep practicing! I know that you can do it :D
Thanks! :)
No problem!
Hi! I totally get it... I was not doing great in some classes too (like so bad I got a C+. So, embarrassing.) Anyway, I am sixth grade, so I don't know what you are learning but I suggest using some places like a website called IXL. I am using that, and it is helping a lot. You can put in your grade and practice skills. And a tutoring thing called Learn To Be. I don't know as much about that but I think it is worth trying out. I admire you for coming out and asking for help, I know it is not easy. I hope you do great!
Thank you, I really appreciate the input!
Yeah, no problem! Good luck!
I have finished Were Not from Here recently and I am currently reading the graphic novel series called Animorphs it is really good.
Interesting, I have heard of the first one but not the second one. I just finished reading Mary Anne Misses Logan. It was great!
Oh is that one of the books from Baby Sitters Club? I read that one, I loved it :)
Yeah, it is. I love that series!
