I have read the original series, the Shane series and the first 2 books in the Fall of the Beasts. I just got the book from Walmart for $12 and it is really good. I wont give any spoilers though...

I LOVE SPIRIT ANIMALS BECAUSE THEY HAVE MYSTICAL POWERS AND THE OWNER COULD TELL THEIR ANIMAL WHAT TO DO THE ANIMALS ARE SO POWERFUL THEY PROTECT AND SERVE THEIR OWNER AND WILL NEVER LET THEM DIE NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO THEY WILL PROTECT THEIR OWNER.
