There is once a legend about a son of the chief in the Hikueru Island, his name is Mafatu. Mafatu is afraid of the sea, which makes his father ashamed and embarrassed, since every boy is a fishermen. So Mafatu decided to overcome his fear, and sail out the sea with his dog, Uri as companion. He was caught in a storm, lost his canoe and ended up in a desert island, and taught himself how to hunt and survive. After he stayed there for days he realise that he needs to go back. So he started to build up a canoe and went back. During his journey on the way back, he had many encounters for example a shark, octopus and a wild boar. He successfully killed them all. And when he got back, Mafatu's father is really proud of him and takes him back. This story is told through many generations

Mia is a teenage girl, she is also the princess of Genovia. She never knew that she was a princess for her whole life, and she was definitely not prepared to be one. Until one day, her grandmother (which is the queen) decided to come pick her up and make Mia get ready to become a queen. Right now Mia has no idea how to be like a lady she is more on the tomboy side. So the queen personally got Mia a makeover, and taught her how to act, and look like a princess. It's really hard for Mia to take all these things in and get use to it. In the story it gives many funny details, and it's really relatable, because I think most of the girls will understand how Mia feels. I will recommend this book to people who really enjoy comedy and like the royal families.

This book is about a girl called Ginny that was in love with a boy named Kai, until the legendary "Snow Queen" appeared, Mora. Mora steals a lot of boys and turn them into a Fenris. One day she came and took Kai away from Ginny, she turned Kai into a whole other person that no one could recognise. Ginny couldn't handle the pain of losing Kai, so she decided to go and chase Kai back. During the journey of looking for Kai, Ginny met a lot of nice people. She met Ella and Lucus who let her stay at their house for a little time. Then she met the princesses of Kentucky, who also let her stay at her place for a little moment. With all these people's help Ginny could definitely find Kai. But the problem is that Kai is totally another person. Ginny had to fight with him in order to let him become the Kai he used to be. Fighting Kai was really hard for Ginny to do, so fighting Mora was even more hard for her. But with all the help that Ginny had, they defeated Mora. They all found their own love and lived happily. I would really recommend this book to people who like action, and love story.

This time Katniss was selected and had to fight in it. They did a lot of training and was ready to be in the game. Katniss was not really lonely in the Hunger Games, she had to decided wether she will team up with the other people or be independent. Throughout the game many people helped her to survive. She eventually bumped into Peeta, which was the boy that was selected from district 12, same as Katniss. They both know deeply that they loved each other very much. At the end they both survived the hunger games, and Katniss was known as the mocking jay in the Capitol. Since Katniss won this game, she helped her family a lot. Now that the Capitol knows how hard she is to control, they will want to try and hurt her, and the people she cares about. I would really recommend this book to a person who really likes realistic fiction, and action book. Not only I recommend this book, I recommend the whole series.

Emily Windsnap is a half mermaid and half human. She just moved to a new house so that she can be closer to her merfriends. There she went to school under the sea and made a lot of friends. Of course in the ocean there are some places that are not allowed. They weren't allowed to be near the Bermuda Triangle where the legend said it's dangerous. So Emily and a couple of her friends went there and as they got closer they realise that there is something wrong about it, they feel like there is some kind of monster in there. When Emily got back home and she told her father about it, her father immediately went over there to check it out. There was a cruise ship under there and inside there was a monster. Emily and her dad had some father-daughter time defeating the monster.
